NorCo Police Look For Alleged Winter Wear Thief

NORTH COVENTRY PA – Just like groundhog Punxsutawney Phil, it seems as though an alleged thief expected six more weeks of cold weather.

North Coventry police are investigating a retail theft that occurred last Wednesday (Feb. 7, 2018) at about 5:40 p.m. in the Boscov’s Department Store at Coventry Mall, in which a woman (at top) apparently stole a pair of gloves, a scarf, and a hat with a total value of $84, according to the department’s website.

Police describe the suspect as a white female of “heavier build” with long, dark hair. She was last seen wearing a black shirt. Ofc. Andrew Thiel wants to hear from anyone who may have information on the individual; call him at 610-323-8360.
