Prepare For South Hanover Street Bridge Restrictions

PennDOT will limit travel from four to only two lanes on the South Hanover Street in Pottstown beginning Thursday, so its contractor can start work on $6 million of repairs there. Meanwhile, reconstruction of the downtown High Street bridge finished ahead of schedule.
