The Pottstown Cluster of Religious Communities’ food pantry will benefit from a Thursday morning delivery of a truckload of donated food from Wegman’s Food Markets. The chain is stepping in to fill a gap left by another supplier that is facing shortages of its own. You can help too.

Big Changes Due For Local Catholic School Families

St. Aloysius in Pottstown remains as is, but schools in Royersford and East Greenville PA were among those named to be merged with nearby facilities in Collegeville and Quakertown, respectively, under a Catholic school commission’s study released Friday by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.

Pottstown New Year’s Dinner Sends Good Luck South

A mission team from Cedarville United Methodist Church in Pottstown will head to Gulfport MS later this year to help those still in need, seven years after Hurricane Katrina struck, thanks in part to money raised during a New Year’s dinner Sunday.
