Toll Road, Rail Line Deal Announced … NOT For 422

Talk about ironic: a Pennsylvania contractor claimed Tuesday it had a deal to build a toll road and rail line at a cost of $7 billion. It was NOT referring to U.S. Route 422, however, where a similar-sounding proposal is still making headlines. Instead, this project would be in Alabama.
