The Pottstown Cluster of Religious Communities’ food pantry will benefit from a Thursday morning delivery of a truckload of donated food from Wegman’s Food Markets. The chain is stepping in to fill a gap left by another supplier that is facing shortages of its own. You can help too.

Sunday was a busy ay at the Great Clips hair salon in Pottstown Plaza by Wal-Mart on Shoemaker Road. Salon staff members spent from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. cutting hair for a flood of customers, with their tips being donated to help a 5-year-old stricken with a brain tumor.
