LOWER POTTSGROVE PA – Diamond Credit Union, headquartered on Medical Drive, said it plans to “temporarily” adjust operating hours at its service call center, and also its branches’ drive-throughs, both beginning Wednesday (March 25, 2020). They’re part of Diamond’s consideration of “how to best serve our members, and maintain the safety of our staff,” it said.
Service call center hours will be Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily; Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. It also said customers could call Diamond’s 24-Hour Call Center at 610-326-5490, but “only limited support will be available after the hours listed.”
Drive-through hours at its Boyertown, Exeter, Muhlenberg, Pottstown, Royersford (at top), and Wyomissing branches will be Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and closed Saturday, the credit union reported. All branch lobbies are closed. Its Tower Health Reading Hospital branch also is temporarily closed, it added.
