LOWER POTTSGROVE PA – Just one day after area voters in Pennsylvania’s general election officially declare their preferences of candidates for local and state public offices and a ballot question, greater Pottstown Rep. Joe Ciresi hopes to gather opinions about how state government is doing.
Ciresi plans to host a public town hall Nov. 6 (2019; Wednesday) from 7-8:30 p.m. in the main auditorium of Pottsgrove High School, 1345 Kauffman Road (at top). It will be free to attend, and the legislator said he wants to hear from 146th Legislative District constituents “on what is happening in Harrisburg.” He’s asking them to “voice their concerns” on “what issues matter most to them.”
The general election is scheduled for the preceding day, Tuesday, Nov. 5.
Ciresi’s district of 61,171 residents covers all of Lower Pottsgrove, Limerick, and Perkiomen townships, as well as Royersford and Trappe boroughs, and parts of Pottstown borough.
Registrations for the event are not required but are being accepted online, here, and by phone. For more information about the town hall, call Ciresi’s office at 484-200-8265.
