SANATOGA PA – A 40-year-old Pottstown PA woman who was already wanted by Lower Pottsgrove police on an outstanding warrant has also been arrested by department officers on drug-related charges, according to the department’s CrimeWatch website.
Police were dispatched Thursday (May 30, 2019) to the Hilltop Estates mobile home community, 3000 E. High St., for warrant service duty involving Lisa Marie Davis, who was said “to be driving a white sedan with a Delaware license plate.” Police located the vehicle onsite, and Davis inside it on the back seat, with a “strong odor of marijuana … detected in the vehicle.”
“A search of her purse revealed suspected methamphetamine and various items associated with drug use and distribution of drugs,” police alleged.
Davis was taken into custody on a warrant issued in Montgomery County, police reported, and additionally was charged with manufacture, delivery, or possession of drugs with intent to deliver; two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and four counts of use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
