Warrant Issued For Philadelphia Man’s Arrest

NORTH COVENTRY PA – Township police have obtained an arrest warrant for a 47-year-old Philadelphia man charged with felony retail theft and one other offense in relation to a crime committed about five months ago.

After completing their investigation into a May 29 (2017) alleged theft from the Lowe’s Home Improvement Center, 1136 Town Square Rd., police petitioned for and received a warrant for the arrest of Damian D. Radatti (at top) of Nixon Street, Philadelphia. “Through the course of the investigation, Radatti was determined to be the actor in the theft and criminal charges were filed against him,” the department said on its website.

On the same May date, according to an earlier department report, police said an unidentified individual had left Lowe’s rolling a cart onto which was loaded a portable electric generator valued at $1,200. The department did not indicate if that alleged theft and the warrant for Radatti were linked.

Radatti is described as a white male, about six feet in height, weighing 185 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Police are asking “anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Radatti to contact them;” the department’s phone number is 610-323-8360.
