NORTH COVENTRY PA – A 28-year-old Phoenixville man was arrested Saturday (Aug. 26, 2017) by North Coventry police and charged with driving under the influence following a vehicle accident on eastbound U.S. Route 422 at South Hanover Street, according to a police report available online.
Police said Jonathan Marston was the driver of a vehicle involved in the accident to which they were dispatched on the South Hanover entrance ramp to 422. They said they arrived to find “Marston’s vehicle on the guide rail.” During the course of their investigation, the report added, police learned his driver’s license was suspended.
No other details of the accident – including its time, how the accident occurred, or the involvement of other persons or vehicles, if any – were available.
Officers alleged “Marston was found to under the influence of alcohol and taken for a blood draw.” Their report indicated an analysis from the blood draw determined Marston’s blood alcohol content level was 0.212 percent. “Measurable levels of THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) were also found,” it claimed.
