POTTSTOWN PA – Montgomery County’s Board of Commissioners, the three-member panel elected to serve as the county’s governing body, is scheduled to visit the borough Feb. 11 (2013; Monday) at 7 p.m. in the community college, 101 College Dr., as the last of five public meetings called “Conversations With Your Commissioners.”
“These … are another in a series of ways we are trying to keep residents informed about what we are doing,” said Josh Shapiro, commissioners’ chairman. “We urge (them) to attend these conversations so they can hear what we have tried to do during our first year in office, and we can hear what issues are most important” to constituents, he added.
Also on their list of stops is Lansdale, Jan. 19; Ardmore, Jan. 23; Pennsburg, Jan. 28; and Glenside, Feb. 4.
