POTTSTOWN PA – Joseph Coccie, 53, former assistant chief of Pottstown’s Empire Hook and Ladder Company, died Sunday after suffering a fall from a ladder while working at his home in New Hanover Township, WFMZ-TV Channel 69 News reported Monday (Aug. 13, 2012).
