POTTSTOWN PA – Bill Mayk grew up in a Pottstown that he described as a bustling factory town; went away, and later returned to find a Pottstown that he said had been transformed into a bedroom community. Although its residents may have found the borough a restful and relaxing place to live, he added, some of them have yet to find their own inner peace.
For that reason, Mayk said he formed Grace and Peace Presbyterian Church, which conducts weekly Sunday services at the West-Mont Christian Academy, 873 S. Hanover St., North Coventry. The church, for which he serves as pastor, is a member of the Presbyterian Church in America. He talked about the church and its ministry in a recent video posted on YouTube.
