The library benefits from beer
POTTSTOWN PA – Th third annual specialty beer sampling fund-raiser to benefit the Pottstown Regional Public Library is scheduled for April 21 (2012; Saturday) from 6-8 p.m. at the library, 500 High St., Pottstown PA.
With the theme “Beers Around The World,” members of the area Stoney Creek Home Brewers Association will serve as hosts to provide samples of a wide variety of beers. Catering will be provided by Thyme to Serve, with special appetizers intended to enhance the beers’ flavors.
Last year’s event was sold out, and library supporters believe this year also will fill quickly. Tickets cost $45, and can be reserved by calling the library at 610-970-6552 or sending an e-mail, here.
