High Street Bridge Opening, Five Months Early

KING OF PRUSSIA PA – Officials from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Montgomery County will hold a ribbon-cutting event Friday (Dec. 16, 2011) at 2 p.m. to open the new High Street bridge over the Manatawny Creek in the borough of Pottstown, according to the 422Improvements.com website.

The $2.9 million project to construct a new two-span concrete bridge is opening five months ahead of schedule.

Parking will be at the Carousel Building, 30 W. King St., Pottstown.
