POTTSTOWN PA – Two properties located within Pottstown borough, taken for non-payment of water bills, fees, fines and taxes, are to be purchased by a company that won praise last year for its restoration of a King Street home which sold quickly despite a depressed housing market, The (Pottstown PA) Mercury newspaper reported Monday (April 11, 2011).
Lointerhome LLC, run by Cristian and Amanda DeSeta, was the only bidder for the two properties — 426 King St. and 467 Farmington Ave. — sold at a recent “free and clear” sale in Norristown, borough Solicitor Charles D. Garner Jr. told borough council Wednesday (April 6).
